If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily exchange or refund. Good must be returned to us within 7 days in the UK or 14 days outside of the UK.
Goods must be in their original condition with all barcodes and labels attached.
Goods must not be worn or carry any home or personal scents.
We do not refund the postage on returned goods unless they have a manufacturing fault. All items are carefully checked for such defaults prior to dispatch. If a manufacturing fault exists, we will fully refund all monies, should we not be able to send a replacement.
Although postage is free for items over £40.00, should you send these items back they are subject to the original postage cost and a restock and admin charge of £5.00.
All returned items need to be sent to Returns department, Monkey Clothing, 21 The Bull Ring, Wakefield, WF11HB.
